Overview:
ThePharmacist-in-Charge (PIC)leads, inspires, and empowers team members in accordance with the Company’s goals and serves patients with the best possible pharmaceutical care. The PIC is also responsible for improving efficiencies, growing the pharmacy business, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and maintaining positive relationships with all internal and external colleagues. The PIC will deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative environment.
This pharmacy islocatedinside one of our Clinic PartnersinNorth Hollywood, CA(Valley Community Healthcare, 6801 Coldwater Canyon Ave). The pharmacy is openMonday through Fridayfrom 8:30am to 5:30pm.

About the Role:
• Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, always maintaining the highest quality of pharmaceutical services
• Foster business growth and control expenses for the pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to the practice of pharmacy
• Properly dispense, order, and maintain appropriate inventory of drugs and supplies
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss potential incompatibility issues with patient prescriptions
• Direct and perform pharmacy activities and manage workflow efficiency
• Keep abreast of changing laws, regulations, and new pharmacy-related programs
• Consult with clinic providers, administrators, and other personnel as appropriate to provide quality patient care and efficient operations
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
• Maintain a high level of professionalism consistent with company standards, including dress, personal appearance, and grooming
• Perform other related duties as assigned

About You:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral (PharmD) degree in Pharmacy from an accredited university
• 2+ years of full-time retail or clinic pharmacy experience preferred
• 2+ years Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) experience preferred
• Pharmacist license in good standing in the State of CA
• 340B experience and AAHIVP certification (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Familiarity with pharmacy software systems such as PioneerRx, QSI, etc.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and POS systems
• Demonstrates adaptability, openness to feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
• Able to efficiently mentor, motivate, and manage pharmacy staff while fostering positive customer relations

Pay range: $68-$75 per hour, based on credentials and geographic location.
