We are a small, fast-growing academy that provides hands-on training inStructural Stick, Flux Core, and Pipe Stick/TIG welding. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experiencedWelding Instructorto help train, mentor, and inspire our students. Our mission is to develop the next generation of skilled welders—and we’re looking for passionate instructors to grow with us. Position Overview: We are looking for a professional welder with at least7+ years of welding experienceto join us as an Instructor. Prior teaching experience is a plus, but if you’ve trained welders on the job or have held leadership roles, we welcome your expertise! Key Responsibilities: • Provide hands-on instruction in Stick, Flux Core, and Pipe Stick/TIG welding (depending on expertise). • Mentor and guide students through proper welding techniques, safety procedures, and industry standards. • Foster a positive, professional learning environment. • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and passion for the trade. Qualifications: • 7+ years of welding experience(Stick, Flux Core required; Pipe Stick/TIG or Structural MIG a plus). • Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience preferred. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Commitment to student success and safety.
