Position Overview TheResidential Plumberwill handle service, repair, and replacement calls for homeowners — everything from diagnosing issues to educating customers and executing clean, high-quality repairs and installs. You will represent Double M in the field, ensuring each homeowner’s experience matches our reputation: fast, honest, and professional. What You’ll Do • Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation calls (water heaters, fixtures, drains, etc.) • Communicate clearly with customers — educate, not upsell through pressure • Offer honest, professional recommendations that solve problems and build trust • Take ownership of your work area — leave every home cleaner than you found it • Maintain accurate job records so the office staff can invoice properly • Keep your service truck stocked, clean, and professional — it’s a rolling billboard • Partner with Manager and Office Staff to ensure efficient scheduling and communication • Mentor helpers as needed • Follow all safety procedures and uphold Double M’s standards of professionalism What We’re Looking For • Journeyman's license (preferred) • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent customer communication and professionalism • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule • High standards for cleanliness, craftsmanship, and accountability Physical Requirements • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly • Use ladders and power tools safely • Work indoors/outdoors and in attics or crawlspaces • Occasional long days during peak seasons Pay Range $30-32 per hour Base pay + bonuses (based on individual performance) If You’re Ready to Join a Winning Team This is more than just a plumbing job — it’s a chance to be part of something bigger.
