Planning Manager

As a Planning Manager within our organization, you will oversee the Master Production Planning for Beverage Base, ensuring efficient collaboration with key teams and optimizing demand/supply balance. Your expertise in SAP, strong analytical skills, and experience in inventory management will be key to your success in this role. Ideal candidates will have a strategic mindset coupled with tactical execution abilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement through digitalization and automation.

What You'll Do for Us:

• Manage Master Production Planning for Beverage Base in collaboration with CS/PP/DP team, utilizing category management methods (e.g., NPI, Existing Products, Slow Runner, Fast Runners) and adjusting demand/supply imbalances by coordinating production schedule changes.
• Prepare and create production plans, estimates, narratives, and insightful analyses for SPP, Monthly RE, R&O, and long-term planning (BP, RS).
• Decide and monitor allocation volume of Beverage Base at DC based on Kit order and shelf life status.
• Manage inventory analysis, creating inventory and write-off related reports, and sharing them with related parties.
• Lead MRB processes for Beverage Base, raw materials, and ingredients by analyzing inventory and communicating with CPS and BU related parties to mitigate write-offs.
• Ensure that plants have the necessary materials and resources to operate and ensure BCP execution for supply continuity purposes.
• Lead the digitalization and automation of related operations such as supply planning and inventory management in collaboration with the global transformation team and IT team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in production or demand planning functions within the production industry.
• Familiarity with SAP & IBP.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software tools (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Knowledge of production control (MRP2), demand/supply planning processes, RCCP, and inventory management.
• Experience in optimizing logistics and supply networks.
• Experience in inventory management processes and controls.
• Project management experience in cross-functional and multinational environments.

• Ability to build and communicate vision and strategy, balancing strategic and tactical issues.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
