Technician, Maintenance

Job Description

Responsible for performing the following duties under the direction of the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor (and Project Manager) at the Coca-Cola Juice Manufacturing Moriyama Plant.
- Perform engineering and maintenance work on plant equipment.
- Execute Capital Project projects in collaboration with related departments (manufacturing, quality assurance, SCM, etc.).
- He/she will support the optimization of factory operations from the aspect of facility management by implementing effective improvements and facility maintenance.

Key Duties

Under the direction of the Engineering Manager and Maintenance Supervisor (and the Project Manager), the incumbent is responsible for performing the following duties

1. Perform maintenance tasks.
- Perform effective maintenance (effective day-to-day troubleshooting, review and implementation of preventive measures) to support high manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure that preventive and scheduled maintenance is performed as scheduled.

2. Project execution
- Ensure that Capital Projects for which he/she is responsible are executed according to plan, with appropriate control of specifications, costs, and schedules (or provide support to the Project Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and senior engineers in the execution of projects).
- Execute other key projects and capital improvement projects based on cost effectiveness and business criticality. (Or support the project manager and senior engineers in the execution of projects.

3. Ensure operation and implementation of quality, environment, and safety systems.
- The engineering department is to operate the systems appropriately in accordance with Coca-Cola and legal requirements.
