Lifetime Plumbing Service Experts • Evaluates customer plumbing/sewer situation, develops multi-option proposals/estimates, presents to customers using the Harts service process. • Completes service plumbing work. • Understands service criteria and is accountable for revenue goals. Lifetime Plumbing Install Experts • Evaluates customer plumbing installation; develops a plan of action from sold/agreed-upon estimate and presents to customers using the Harts service process. • Completes plumbing and other related in-home installations. • Understands install criteria and is accountable for completing jobs on time and under budget.
