Plumbing Cable Technician - South Los Angeles

As aCable Technician for L.A. Hydro Jet & Rooter Servicesfor theMid Day Shift (10:00 AM Start Time)in the South Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of water and drainage sewage systems. WHAT SETS L.A. HYDRO-JET NEEDS FROM YOU: • Clears blocked plumbing lines in commercial and residential buildings. • Provide drain cleaning services for grease lines, urinals, difficult access lines, back-to-back lines, damaged lines, ejector pumps, and sump pumps. • Repairs and maintains plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains. • Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings. • Repairs plumbing fixtures, such as sink pipes, commodes, and garbage disposal unit pop-up assemblies and waste and overflows. WHAT SETS YOU APART: • 2 years of service and repair plumbing experience REQUIRED (residential or commercial). • Basic mechanical knowledge needed. • AvailableDuring Trainingon Wednesdays for instruction in Sun Valley office • AvailableAfter Trainingon Wednesdays for check in Sun Valley office • Is consistently at work and on time. • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 200 pounds. L.A. Hydro-Jet and Rooter Service determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Training pay will start at $20/HR. Upon completion of training, you will be paid at an hourly rate of $19.75/hr. You will be eligible for a 27% bonus of invoices revenue for the pay period or your hourly pay rate, whichever is greater. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. #LI-AM1
