Join our dedicated team and benefit from a range of perks, including: • $20-$24/hr. + Commission • Up to 2 weeks Paid Vacation • 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match • Medical, Dental, Vision (For Employee and Eligible Family Members) • Company Life Insurance • Supplemental Life Insurance • Supplemental AD&D • Disability (Short Term and Long Term) Insurance • Critical Illness Insurance • FSA – Flexible Spending Account • Uniforms provided • Company issued iPad and iPhone • Tools, Equipment, Company Vehicle and Gas Card provided • Employee Discounts • Career growth opportunity • Employee Referral Bonuses available What You'll Do: • Preforming Plumbing Maintenance inspections for our Gene's Club members and non-members • Utilizing our MSI (maintenance safety inspection) program • Complete maintenance, repairs and diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently • Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping • Ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes, as well as with Occupational Health and Safety Act • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients • Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for plumbing issues • Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan What You'll Bring: • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience • Active trainee card • Ability to diagnose and recognize plumbing code errors, along with determining corrective and preventive maintenance solutions for customers. • Inspection and sales orientated • Ability to perform minor plumbing tasks, such as toilet flapper, angle stop, and faucet replacements. • An outstanding work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills • Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record • Professionalism, you take pride in your work and your appearance • Ability to handle heavy equipment and work outdoors. • Willing to submit to and pass pre-employment background check and drug test (MJ OK) Physical Demands: • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time • May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing Apply Today!
