Job Details: • Position: Porter • Type: Parttime • Location: Santa Cruz CA • Schedule: 8-3pm 2x weekly • TransporationRequired (must commute to Santa Cruz 2x week) paid travel Job Summary: LOCG LLC, is looking to hire a Porter to perform janitorial duties at a governmental site in CA. This position will work with supervision utilizing communication to ensure satisfactory work progress. The ideal candidate will be able to perform duties to the highest of standards, utilizing best practices, and ensuring safety and security is their top priority. Responsibilities • Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) • Trash Removal and Disposal • Perform and document routine inspections of quality using mobile application • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Stock and maintain supply rooms • Time card and schedule adherence • Follow all health and safety regulations • Must carry supplies to the facility each service day • Prompt communication skills Qualifications: • Proven working experience as a janitor • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies • Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets • Must be able to pass a Background investigation • Integrity and ability to work independently • Reliable transportation • High school degree Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Paid time off Work Location: In person
