About the role

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you'll be working in the technical department in tandem with sales representatives to sell and promote a company's products (primarily focusing on cybersecurity) and IT solutions to our customers.

You'll be delivering customized demos and presentations, conducting training and webinars, and providing technical advice and support for customers, including on-site installations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing technical knowledge and expertise to the customers;
• Supporting the commercial team in the development, construction of offers to the clients;
• Interacting with the partners, identifying the needs and business opportunities by performing technical consultancy;
• Delivering training/workshops/webinars for our customers;
• Creating of PoC (proof of concepts) within the real customer's environment;
• Continuously being trained and getting certified in the latest technologies;
• Working with Arrow's Field Sales Management and Marketing Managers to develop and execute successful demand creation strategies for Arrow and our suppliers.

What We Are Looking For:

• Solid experience in the IT sector, combined with a passion for cloud computing
• Strong customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology;
• A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new challenges;
• Ability to identify and resolve partners issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload;
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
