Requirements • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Work Experience • At least 2 years of presentation or graphic design experience demonstrating creativity, conceptual thinking, and strong execution. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities • Proven ability totranslate complex business information into compelling visual stories(charts, graphics, icons, infographics, layouts). • Proficiency with PowerPoint (including master slides, animation, layouts, and custom design builds). • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent software. Comfort with illustration and iconography design is a plus. • Ability to balance creative exploration with brand alignment and business objectives. • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple teams and timelines. • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities. Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, offer a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
