About Us Opening in Fall 2025, Growing Minds Preschool & Academy is a faith-based, Reggio Emilia-inspired private school in Las Vegas, serving Preschool through 8th Grade. We believe students flourish when they are seen, valued, and invited to explore the world with wonder and purpose. Our model blends biblical truth, hands-on discovery, fine arts integration, and project-based learning to nurture the whole child—spiritually, emotionally, academically, and socially. Who We Are Looking For We are searching for forward-thinking, mission-aligned elementary teachers who are: ● Deeply rooted in their Christian faith and called to shape students' minds and hearts ● Creative, proactive, and innovative in their approach to teaching ● Experienced or interested in the Reggio Emilia philosophy and project-based learning ● Passionate about child-led exploration and whole-child development ● Collaborative, reflective, and energized by being part of a school’s founding culture ● Aligned with a Biblical worldview and committed to living out their faith in a Christ-centered, grace-filled school community. We are not affiliated with any specific denomination and welcome believers from across the Christian faith. What You'll Do Teachers will be provided with the BJU Press curriculum as a foundation. From there, you will design meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that integrate biblical truth, creative exploration, and student voice. As an educator at Growing Minds, you will: ● Create project-based learning opportunities that are developmentally appropriate and faith-integrated ● Build a classroom environment that reflects beauty, joy, and intentionality ● Foster curiosity, creativity, and collaboration ● Partner with families and colleagues in support of each child’s growth ● Help shape a school culture rooted in faith, trust, and a love for learning Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field ● Teaching certification or willingness to pursue continuing education and credentials ● Prior classroom experience required ● Committed Christian aligned with Growing Minds’ mission and values Why Growing Minds?
