The role requires to develop and support Business Process Management and Business Rules Management solutions in a dynamic and high-paced environment while adhering to the global architecture, security and privacy policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, and build Business Process Management and Business Rules Management per the requirements from stakeholders.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and solution architect for Business Process Management and Program solutions for the systems consisting of processes and rules.
• Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) of complex issues ranging from hardware, operating system, application, network, and information security platforms while working closely with various infrastructure teams and business users to quickly arrive at creative, tactical and long-term solutions.
• Perform simulations for business rules configurations by leveraging unit testing and system testing on lower environments
• Implement API applications using Java, REST and SOAP
• Create test automation programs to perform automated testing as part of code deployments and regression testing
• Create integration with data services and file systems

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript, Java, SQL queries, and/or Object Oriented Programming
• Experience in Red Hat jBPM, Drools and other BPM and BRM frameworks.
• Must have experience with Linux Servers, XML schema definitions, performance optimizations.
• Adequate understanding of various industry standard BPMN, DMN, XML, XPDL notations, their relative weaknesses and strengths, and applicability in application solutions.
• Solid understanding of High Availability, Systems Design, Architecture, Cloud Technologies, Databases, Open Source and Web technologies.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Experience writing and shipping customer-facing code
• Knowledge of Cluster applications, distributed server methodologies, serverless architecture
• Experience with building and maintaining custom standalone applications, and application component.
