Principal Engineer, Software Engineering

Experience working on Agile methodologies.

 Experience working with global and cross functional teams.

 Must have experience with people management in the last 1-2 years at least.

 Domain experience in Identity access and governance management or

Privileged access management is a plus.

 Experience working on cloud technologies.

 Must have Experience in working on Connector frameworks or must have

experience building and maintaining new connectors using OCI or Open Source

platforms.

 15+ years of software engineering experience

 Highly Proficient in Java, Microservice, Grails, MySql, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ

 Experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing applications

development, solution design and delivery, and process improvement

 Proven experience in team management, hiring, retaining and leading top

engineering talent and high-performance product engineering teams

 Extensive experience building applications or products which support complex

end-user workflows, ideally in a SaaS context.

 Experience working with micro-frontend architecture

 Experience building components for a highly scalable solution.

 Excellent logical and Analytical Skills - should be able to articulate thoughts very

clearly and precisely in English (written and verbal)

 Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement leading agile teams

 Good to have IGA domain experience.
