Principal Strategy & Enablement Consulting Lead (Remote - US or Canada)

Responsibilities

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Strategy & Enablement Consulting Lead to to join our team.

For Hexagon's Smart Digital Reality offering, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our service delivery capabilities, supporting optimal efficiency across our regional services organizations, and driving alignment with pre-sales and customer success. The primary focus of this role is to lead the continual enhancement of our services delivery methodologies and practices. It includes technical enablement of delivery resources and the global roll-out of a resource/project management system.

Hexagon is in the process of patenting a value-focused approach to our customers' journey, called AdvantX, which has 3 phases: Value Discovery, Value Delivery, and Value Realization. You will own the development of a methodology for value delivery, termed as AdvantX Value Delivery Methodology, and help ensure its adoption within the regional services organizations.

• Develop the AdvantX Value Delivery Methodology that aligns with industry best practices and achieves organizational objectives - ensure connectivity between the adjacent value phases: Value Discovery and Value Realization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage existing implementation processes and practices.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Initiate, scope, gain buy-in, and implement identified improvement initiatives.
• Develop service delivery blueprints and supporting standards (such as templates and work instructions), ensuring consistent application of defined methodologies.
  • Define and execute regional rollout plans, includes effective internal change management.
• Test and validate new methodologies and delivery standards with customers to ensure they align with their needs and expectations.
• Establish periodic data-driven reviews of newly introduced changes, to assess effectiveness and course correct as needed.
• Define strategy for technical enablement for delivery resources, including competency frameworks and training/certification plans - applicable to services resources and partner resources.
• Lead the design and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness, e.g., rollout of a global resource and project management system.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product Management, Services, Customer Success and PSE, to implement initiatives seamlessly.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs to continuously refine and improve the SSE department's processes and offerings.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a consulting or professional services organization.
• Proven experience in leading analysis, identification, and implementation of improvement initiatives in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Strong background in developing and refining value-focused delivery methodologies and service delivery standards.
• Experience in resource management and project management methodologies.
• Experience in driving organizational change and ensuring the adoption of best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Project management experience, with a focus on delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Willingness travelling internationally up to 30% of the time.
