Leading supply chain and omnichannel commerce experts, Manhattan Associates are looking for a Principal Technology Consultant to join its ever-expanding Dusseldorf office.

Job Description:

Do you have experience in software implementation, a passion for complex problem solving and business process improvement and do you want to work directly with world class customers in their supply chain and commerce development?

You will manage technical projects for software systems and oversee the identification and resolution of technical problems in all aspects from inception to installation. Oversee development and testing interfaces between multiple Manhattan products (both new and enhanced) through interaction with cross functional teams to include system engineering, product development and related. In connection with MA products, responsible for improving customer technology and managing technical sessions, infrastructure and status meetings, and onsite support. Manage modification development and manage the quality of technical deliverables. Oversee the technical project team to pro-actively identify and resolve critical issues.

We are looking for:

Here’s few things that we see as critical for someone to be successful in this role:

• Strong experience in software or application implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in working with IT systems, databases and SQL knowledge
• Experience developing in Oracle, DB2 Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS), or RPG
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, computer science, mathematics or equivalent through business experience
• Fluent (spoken and written) in German & English, another European language would be a plus.
