Innovative, practice with multiple locations in the Allentown and Lehigh Valley areas is seeking a BE/BC General Dermatologist to join their busy, growing practice.

The Opportunity:
- Practice at the currently expanding and updated Camp Hill office location
- 4 physicians, including 1 experienced MOHS surgeon and 11 advanced practice providers
- Great earning potential, full benefits including 401k match, malpractice with tail
- $200k recruitment incentive, base + production incentive comp model with uncapped earning potential, and APP supervision incentive
- General dermatology plus cosmetics and MOHS optional
- Flexible schedule including 4 day work week option, 32 clinical hours per week
