Process Engineer

Reduction of SCRAP and FTQ by analyzing the largest contributors and daily failures using statistical tools, applying corrective actions.

Develop scrap projects by applying problem-solving techniques or methodologies.

Properly follow up on detained material, avoiding storing material in work areas.

Establish timely monitoring of ink consumption, updating multiples and establishing actions to reduce them.

Manage, train and develop the staff under his/her charge, ensuring their daily standard work.

Communicate all relevant events in a timely manner to his/her immediate supervisor and/or support area manager.

Keep audit documentation in order and up-to-date.

Keep engineering documents up-to-date according to the plan established by the supervisor.

Prepare Risk assessment and reduce RPN'S at the frequency established by the supervisor.

Complete scheduled level audits on time, as well as the closing of activities derived from them.

Implement actions that improve product and process capabilities.

Implement actions to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.

Participate in cost reduction projects in processes or related to indirect material.

Apply the 5s methodology in the work area.

Ensure the conditions of the Clean Room under safety and hygiene guidelines.
