As a Procurement Services Engagement Associate you will play a key role in supporting our sales enablement efforts by creating compelling materials that showcase IBM’s procurement outsourcing services. IBM Business Process Operations (BPO) delivers Source-to-Pay process expertise to IBM’s external clients as a world-class business process outsourcing provider. In this role you will collaborate closely with GEO Leads and GEO Sales Enablement Leads helping them prepare for sales pursuits by providing high-quality engaging content.

What you will bring to the team:
- 2–4 years of experience in creating sales materials presentations and marketing content.
- Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint and video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of end-to-end procurement processes (Source-to-Pay).
- Fluent English language skills.
Experience with the following are bonus points but not necessary—you can learn them at IBM:
- Familiarity with procurement outsourcing services and shared service delivery models.
- Experience working in a global or matrix organization.
- Graphic design or advanced video editing skills.
