Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer to join as our second creative on the Design team! We’re a small, collaborative group with a large product surface area covering web and mobile experiences, emerging platforms, and physical installations. You’ll work with our Design Lead, Researcher, and Product Managers to craft features from idea to production. Building for both consumers and restaurant partners, our team loves to challenge the status quo in the space. We’re not another food app, nor are we an old-fashioned POS company. We’re pushing toward a future of Social Commerce for every restaurant, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape that product vision!

• Visual — you knows the rules and when/why/how to break them.
• Problem solving — you work though issues and limitations both collaboratively and independently.
• Written & verbal communication — you can explain decisions clearly, to a variety of audiences.
• Prototyping — you’re able to build enough to learn enough.
• Process - you have a deep understanding of the end-to-end design process from discovering customer needs and identifying jobs-to-be-done to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer
• A portfolio of work showcasing your ability to think through meaningful product experiences
• Complete iterative design process that includes accepting and acting on feedback
• Self-management skills

• A fresh point of view on consumer products
• Found design via non traditional path
• Excited to work on problems at the intersection of digital and physical
• Consumer and SAAS experience
• Curious and always trying to learn
