As a part of Category Fabric & Cover you will have access to a huge knowledge base and experience in both leadership and Fabric & Cover material, production and value chain. We offer trust and space to test and try, explore, make mistakes and learn from it, and develop us and our partners. 

About the Job

The Product Engineer is responsible to lead the development and implementation of new products, the moves of products from one supplier to another one and the improvement of existing products based on quality performances and customer expectations.

To be successful in this role, below competences are important for you.

For this position holder it is important to know how to build and maintain business relations, having excellent communication skills, being a good team worker and empathetic, respecting values and being persistent. You are able to prioritize. Easy adaptation to changes and willingness to take responsibility is also necessary.

• A background in engineering, quality,textile and product/production development
• Preferably having an engineering education and at least 3-5 years of working experience
• Good communicative skills and speak fluent English
• Preferred knowledge of product development tools
• Proactive approach

This position will be based in Istanbul. Travelling is a part of the assignment since our Engineers work closely with our suppliers.
