Product Engineer Intern

PRIMARY SUMMARY

• Hands-on management of Steering and Suspension components and files to develop a multi-platform database for furthering active and future projects.
• Supporting local engineers in reviewing engineering drawings and components.
• Interaction with regional and global positions across multiple departments. Including engineering, marketing, packaging, project management, and more.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintain documentation and accountability of engineering components.
• Capable of independent problem solving.
• Special assignments as required. Examples include audits of asset library, ad hoc reports, etc.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Minimum one year experience at an accredited university and pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Must be detail oriented with excellent organization and time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in understanding of design documentation such as outline prints.
• Must be willing to work 20 hours a week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel.
• Current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Able to lift +20 lb. components
