This person will build document and test configuration-oriented solutions as required to meet client needs and conform to contractual and security requirements. They will partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and report on customer feedback. Who You Are:

What You'll Do:
-
Serve as a Product subject matter expert and contribute to preparing internal stakeholders for the ongoing support of product pilots and implementations

Create and maintain product integration specific job aids based on different implementation types that the client implementation team can insert into project schedules and use for go-live readiness checklists

Exhibit a passion for serving customers and seeing them successful in their product implementation providing guidance and support in product testing and implementation

Manage high volumes of product implementation tasks and projects with minimal guidance
-
Respond with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a swift response or turnaround and take effective action in a timely and responsive manner

Think creatively exercise strong and confident judgement and be proactive in solving problems as they arise in customer integrations

Exhibit a high level of professionalism integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
What You May Need to be Successful:
-
3+ years’ experience in customer implementations preferably including API or SFTP integrations
-
Customer focused and a passion for user experience and working with people
-
Ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the product and is ultimately responsible for representing the end user’s needs
-
Strong interpersonal collaboration and relationship building skills
-
Ability to synthesize and articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical colleagues/customers
-
Knowledge in the fundamentals of servers software configuration management and data management; and experience successfully troubleshooting systems and application issues

Demonstrated ability to take charge of tough problems attacking them from different angles and bringing together a diverse array of stakeholders to drive great business results for the customer

Organized and energetic team player with meticulous attention to detail

Able to work independently with limited supervision and guidance
-
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload

Willingness desire and aptitude to take on new tasks develop new concepts and programs on the job

The salary range for this position is approximately $100K-125K base annually.
