Your Role and Responsibilities
El Gestor de producto actúa como emprendedor estratega visionario tecnológico líder de equipo de funciones cruzadas y defensor del cliente. Un gestor de producto tiene dos responsabilidades primarias: (1) definición del nuevo producto que debe fabricarse; y (2) la gestión de su desarrollo lanzamiento y posterior mejora. Para cumplir estas responsabilidades un Gestor de producto lidera un equipo de funciones cruzadas. Sin embargo normalmente ninguno de los miembros del equipo están bajo las órdenes directas del Gestor de producto. Un Gestor de producto influye en las acciones de diversos equipos de funciones cruzadas como autoridad del mercado actuando como Director general en su ámbito de negocio.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 2 years of technical product management experience
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Strong written and communication skills with:
  • the ability to make technical concepts accessible to less technical audiences
  • the ability to identify and express the business value of technical features and fixes

• Strong adjudication skills for product prioritization

• Experience presenting to non-technical and technical audiences
• Strong understanding of data management concepts and demonstrated hands-on experience with SQL
• Strong understanding of the metadata and analytics marketplace
• Proven track record of successfully managing the lifecycle of products from discovery to launch.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with engineering design marketing and sales teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Experience in data governance and data catalogs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field is preferred.
