Role Overview
As a Product Operations Manager, you are responsible for enabling the organization to get to the right outcomes faster. You love creating efficiencies and streamlined processes. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Program and Project Management, Architecture, Learning & Development and Enablement teams.

As a Product Operations Manager, you are responsible for enabling the organization to get to the right outcomes faster. You love creating efficiencies and streamlined processes. In this highly collaborative role, you will work with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Program and Project Management, Architecture, Learning & Development and Enablement teams.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- 3 or more years of prior experience working in product operations, product management, business consulting, project management or in an operational role that worked closely with product team
- Proven experience building out, implementing and training on processes
- Demonstrated experience developing partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment; must be able to leverage cross-functional teams to deliver results to meet specific deadlines and shift focus with changing priorities
- Previous experience of Aha! setup, highly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to conduct deep analysis
- Self-starter, process driven with experience of scrum methodologies
- Practiced pragmatic marketing or complimentary product management framework
- Previous experience and strong interest in financial services, payments, or B2B industry a plus
