Production Associate

Unybrands is looking for a Mug Mastermind and Treat Wrangler to work with our pet-focused brands and arts and crafts brand. We're a close-knit, small unit within unybrands that is laser focused on serving our customers and building our brand. 

This role is based in Victor, NY, and you must be able to come into the office and warehouse to perform your job duties on a daily basis. 

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, processing, storing, and refreshing various platform inventory 
• Packing Consumable Dog Treats, engraving mugs, and other custom creations
• Fulfill orders through various platforms (Shipstation, Shopify, wholesale, Amazon, Chewy.com, Wal-Mart, Etsy, etc.) 
• Maintain physical condition of the warehouse - inspecting equipment, organization, sanitation, storage, etc.
• Handle all returns & determine reclamation of the product
• Help develop and maintain brand integrity
• General administrative support  

Professional Skills and Requirements 

• Must love dogs! :)
• Minimum 2 years professional working experience
• Able to work 40 hours a week
• Skilled in communication and managing processes
• Self-motivated attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative and persistent problem solver
• Ability to work in a fast-pace working environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for an extended period of time 

Additional Skill Sets of Interest 

• Warehouse experience

• Knowledge of dog behavior/training
• Experience with dog products 

Salary: $16-18/hour.
