Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliableProduction MIG Welderto join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in MIG welding, be able to interpret blueprints, and work efficiently in a high-volume production environment. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our products are fabricated to high-quality standards and meet production deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Perform MIG welding on various metals (primarily steel, stainless steel, or aluminum) according to specifications. • Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently. • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. • Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. • Use grinders, cutters, and other fabrication tools as needed. • Maintain welding equipment and report any malfunctions. • Work within a team to meet daily and weekly production targets. • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures. • Keep work area clean and organized.
