Our Fortune 500 client, a leader in environmental sustainability, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Environmental Sustainability Group supporting critical initiatives in data center efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to empathize with diverse teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hybrid - Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $70 - $75/hr

• Build and maintain relationships with data center teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of projects, ensuring timely and effective communication across teams.
• Analyze data and lifecycle systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Participate in group meetings and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive project success.
• Support the team in achieving compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.

What's Needed?

• 8-10 years of overall experience in program management or related fields.
• Proven service ownership experience with a minimum of 7 years in relevant roles.
• Experience with service lifecycle management and user service ownership.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with technical data.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
