Project Manager

Beynon Sports is seeking a Project Administrator who will coordinate and provide administrative support to Project Managers. Position requires a high level of collaboration with other key departments, i.e. Marketing, Contracts, Operations and Customer Service. Work directly with the Project Manager on all tasks related to each project. Tasks include but not limited to: Lead development, quotes, budgetary offers, RFP responses, contracts, marketing information and close out documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation Process: Search web-based data centers for potential projects, providing initial qualification of projects and distributing to sales, based on geographical region for follow up. Oversee the use and usability of Salesforce.com finding new ways to take advantage of the tool.

• Pre-Bid Process: Assist in maintaining bid information. Insure that entries into our systems are complete and accurate. Apply for product approval as necessary. Complete and update prequalification forms as necessary. 

• Bid Process: Read the project specifications and preparation of bid documents, i.e. bid letter, qualifications and required samples. Organize all information in bid folders for easy access. Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and RFP responses. 

• Post Bid Process: Follow up on bid results, assist in preparation of submittals, product data and samples for approval (as necessary). Coordinate effectively with Project Managers and Contracts department to make sure all bid information is available and updated in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Associates degree OR High School Diploma and 5+ years of applicable experience.

• 2+ years administrative experience in project administration, sales, or contract support
