Overview • Responsible for the oversight and administrative management of a federal government Task Order. • Provides direction for project planning, goal development, strategy implementation, and reporting on project progress. • Ensures contractual requirements, quality standards, and organizational objectives are met. Key Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee all administrative, operational, and program management aspects of the Task Order, including hiring, resource management, billing, and cost tracking. • Ensure all staff assigned to the Task Order are fully qualified and trained to perform required duties in accordance with the PWS and agency standards. • Lead the preparation and execution of project kickoff meetings and ongoing monthly project status meetings, including the development and timely submission of meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and summary reports. • Prepare, review, and submit Monthly Status Reports that detail project activities, accomplishments, issues, and financials in compliance with contractual requirements. • Supervise and mentor staff and subcontractors, provide direction, and ensure work is completed to quality standards, on schedule, and within scope. • Serve as the primary point of contact for status updates, performance reporting, deliverable acceptance, and issue resolution in collaboration with contract stakeholders. • Direct and support the management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), ensuring accurate tracking, accountability, and proper offboarding procedures. • Support the oversight of data management activities, database upgrades, and technical meetings, assigning resources and monitoring progress to ensure successful completion of project objectives. • Collaborate effectively with external vendors and contractors, escalating issues when appropriate, and ensuring all work meets EPA and contractual requirements. • Maintain compliance with all federally mandated training, security clearance requirements, and applicable agency, state, and federal regulations. Minimum Qualifications • Master’s degree in library science, information management, data science, or computer science. • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience. • At least three (3) years administrative, supervisory, and project management experience. • Demonstrated experience developing project plans, goals, and strategies, and reporting on project progress.
