Job Opportunity: Audio Video Project Manager We are looking for an experienced and highly motivatedAudio Video Project Managerto join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and completion of AV projects, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to implementation. You will collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, and clients to manage projects efficiently while staying within budget and timeline constraints. Key Responsibilities: • Work directly with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. • Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks and ensure smooth execution. • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and team members to provide updates and address concerns. • Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and maintain financial compliance. • Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and quality expectations. • Perform quality control checks to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging AV technologies. Qualifications & Experience: • Minimum3 years of experiencemanaging audio and video projects, preferably in AV integration or AV technology solutions. • Bachelor's degree inAudio Engineering, Project Management,or a related field (preferred). • Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, equipment, and industry best practices. • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and with clients. • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • PMP certificationor equivalent project management certification is a plus.
