Project Manager - Customer Story Content

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the end-to-end development and publication of customer stories aligned to solution marketing and key events. This role will work closely with a cross-functional team including project managers, traffic managers, creative producers, writers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful story delivery and publication. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to manage customer story projects from intake through final approval and publication. • Review story briefs, identify outstanding questions or inputs needed from customers and internal teams, and coordinate collection. • Partner with assigned writers to create detailed story outlines and gather necessary inputs. • Vet outlines and questions with internal subject matter experts and ensure alignment with the story brief. • Schedule and lead kickoff calls with customers, present the outline and open items, and manage expectations throughout the process. • Own the production timeline, tracking reviews, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met. Escalate blockers as needed. • Coordinate customer legal reviews and obtain required approvals and signed releases for social amplification and logo usage. • Submit final stories for publication through internal marketing content systems. • Collaborate with social media and content teams to drive amplification. • Facilitate regular meetings and updates between stakeholders across editorial, creative, and production functions. Track capacity and pipeline updates.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Strong verbal communication and meeting facilitation skills, with the ability to guide discussions among stakeholders with differing priorities. • 2–3 years of experience project managing customer stories or similar written content for B2B technology companies. • Familiarity with working alongside enterprise-level clients and navigating legal approvals for customer content. • Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience managing content projects for large enterprises strongly preferred. Compensation range for position is $ 87,000 – 112,500 DOE.
