As a CX Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring customer experience projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and customer support, to create seamless and engaging customer experiences that drive business results.

  • Develop and manage project plans for CX and change management initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans as needed. 
  • Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and executive-level management. 
  • Collaborate with the customer support, marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. 
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the customer experience. 
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with the latest CX trends, tools, and best practices. 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. 
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformation and ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on customer experience or customer success. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering CX projects. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Analytical mindset and experience with data-driven decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with customer experience best practices and tools, such as customer journey mapping and customer feedback analysis. 
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
