Project Manager - General Management

We are looking for a talented Project Manager - General Managemen t to join our team specializing in General Management Area for our D istribution Business Unit in Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, France.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Effective Project Management: By managing and implementing projects of varying complexity, you'll ensure successful project completion, meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Leading project planning sessions and establishing clear performance goals will help align project outcomes with business needs, ensuring strategic alignment and success.
• Timely Execution: Designing detailed project plans, developing timelines, and identifying milestones will keep projects on track, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of performance goals.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues will minimize disruptions and keep projects moving forward smoothly.
• Clear Communication: Regularly monitoring and communicating project status to the team and stakeholders will ensure everyone is informed and aligned, fostering transparency and collaboration.
• Risk Management: Using quality tools to identify and manage project risks will help mitigate potential issues, ensuring project stability and success.
• Knowledge Sharing: Documenting and sharing team learnings will enhance project outcomes by leveraging collective knowledge and experiences, fostering continuous improvement.
• Team Leadership: Guiding and coaching team members, providing developmental feedback, and ensuring the right resources are assigned to tasks will build a strong, capable team, driving project success.

• College, university, or equivalent degree required.
• Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like IFS and Quantum SAP, as well as the ability to monitor IT migrations and manage project-related data, will be essential for handling the technical aspects of the role.
