Right now, we’re on the hunt for a Project Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and grow with us for the long haul. What You’ll Do · Dive into blueprints and specs to understand the game plan · Coordinate labor, materials, and timelines to deliver projects on time and on budget · Work closely with our Safety Coordinator to keep job sites running safely and efficiently · Track progress, identify roadblocks, and adjust in real-time · Handle project billing, purchasing, and documentation like a pro · Represent the company at project meetings — be the face of professionalism · Spot changes in scope early, price them accurately, and keep clients in the loop · Help close out projects cleanly and maintain strong relationships for future work What We’re Looking For · High school diploma required; college coursework or certifications in construction or business is a big plus · Experience in HVAC, construction coordination, or construction accounting?
