Project/Program Manager Intern

Location: Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid/Flex Model)

The Project/Program Manager Intern will assist our Employee Action Committee by developing and automating the process to onboard new software engineers within our respective R&D teams.

As a Project/Program Intern, a Typical Day Might Include the Following:

• Partnering with the R&D leadership team to define and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new R&D members.
• Supporting the Onboarding Employee Action Committee's need by developing automation for new hire onboarding process.
• Defining and developing team specific onboarding checklist and ensuring blockers are identified and addressed as quickly as possible.
• Facilitate communications with multiple teams and making it possible to more easily manage and execute onboarding tasks.
• Learn how to use Microsoft Graph APIs
• Communicate with stakeholders on requirements, deliverables, schedule, etc.
• Demonstrate resulting automation to stakeholders
