Project Manager (Internal Operations)

Salary Range: Php 25000 - 35000 Responsibilities: Project Management

• Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery.

• Create timelines tasks and milestones in ClickUp.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with department heads to align on goals deliverables and expectations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentum.

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflows.

• Help roll out standardized project management practices across departments.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports risk logs post-project summaries).

• Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or wins.

Resource Management

• Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelines.

• Monitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Requirements:

• 35 years experience in project management (startup agency or internal ops preferred).

• Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have).

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Clear communicator with solid stakeholder management experience.

• Proactive solutions-focused and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

• Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field.
