Job Description

Key responsibilities forProject Managerinclude: • Embodies our for values of competence, reliability, sincerity, and care. • Collaboratively leads thepre-construction process,relying on the Company's extensive data base, • Establishes theoverall schedule,typically using the Pull-Planning process, and relying on software such as Project Site. • Facilitates theclash detection processand ensure issues are resolved for the overall benefit of the project, • Leads theOwner Meetingsand keep the Client informed at the level requested by the latter • Examine andcontrols project risks and costs, anticipating issues and being straightforward with Supervisor regarding any potential excess, • Prepares themonthly Profit Projection, • Plans and leads theclose-out processat the outset keeping all parties involved (Owner, A&E, Trade Contractors) well informed of its steps and implications, • Ensure all elements are available and accurate for Client billing on agreed upon dates, MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful candidate forProject Managerpossesses: • A minimum of4 years of experience as a PM • Musthold a 4-year college degree, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, • A superior command of the commercial construction process, • A high desire to be part of an inclusive and diverse work team, • A proven track record of safe, timely, and successful completion of projects, • Outstanding planning and scheduling skills • A high sensitivity to our Client's needs, • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all involved parties (Client, A/E, contractors and team members), • An excellent understanding and implementation ofrisks and costs management, • Be Familiar with Procore,Prolog/ Encompassas well asPlan Gridand Textura, • OSHA 30 certified.
