Proposal Coordinator

Job Responsibilities: • Proposal Management: leading the entire proposal process from identifying initial opportunity to submission. Key tasks include managing schedules, deadlines, analyzing RFP's to understand requirements and ensuring compliance, conducting reviews, managing approval processes according to company policy, and ensuring timely submission and follow up. • Collaboration and Coordination with various teams to gather information and coordinate input for a unified narrative. • Content Development and Management: Including guiding the writing and editing of proposal content for clarity and persuasiveness, maintaining a library of content, and ensuring the content highlights the company value proposition. • Strategic Planning: contributing to proposal strategies, defining win themes, analyzing market conditions, and identifying areas of process improvement. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Journalism or English Knowledge & Skills: Strong communication skills Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation Ability to create aligned aesthetically pleasing images that accompany written text Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills Experience/consistent performance in deadline-oriented environment due to tight time restraints and volume of work Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities Clear, effective communicator—verbally and in writing—with the ability to be persuasive Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities Must be able to set relevant priorities on a daily basis as the job requires An uncompromising approach to hitting deadlines Experience with MS Publisher, SAM.gov, and Standard Form 330 is highly encouraged Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Ability to Commute: • Bellaire, TX 77401 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Bellaire, TX 77401: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
