Punch- Out Carpenter

• Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Punch-Out Carpenter to join our team. This role is responsible for completing final tasks and repairs on construction projects to ensure they meet quality standards before project closeout. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finish carpentry, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities: • Complete final punch list items, including adjustments to trim, doors, hardware, cabinetry, and drywall. • Conduct inspections and minor repairs to meet client specifications and project requirements. • Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure all work is completed on time. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and company standards. Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in finish carpentry or punch-out work. • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents. • Own tools and reliable transportation required. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
