Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. 

We are seeking a Middle Python developer to become a part of our team.

- Kafka Integration: Set up producers, consumers, and topics for real-time data streaming. Optimize message pipelines for low latency and high throughput. Microservices 
- Development: Design scalable microservices with JSON APIs for high-load environments. Implement and maintain asynchronous code using frameworks like asyncio or FastAPI.
- Database Management: Work with SQL/NoSQL databases, optimizing schemas and queries for performance.
- Message Broker Maintenance: Ensure Kafka's reliability, scalability, and fault-tolerance.
- Collaborative Responsibilities Cross-Team Work: Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams for seamless integration.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate services into CI/CD workflows and containerize with Docker.

- 4+ years of commercial Python development experience.
- Strong understanding of data structures, testing methodologies, and design patterns.
- Experience and understanding of AMQP protocols (Kafka experience is a significant plus).
- Proven experience in the maintenance and implementation of message broker solutions.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and high-load systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in JSON API development.
- Proficiency in working with asynchronous frameworks.
- Experience with multithreading and multiprocessing.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- English proficiency at a B1 level.

Nice to have:
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying issues and proposing solutions.
