Your Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled Manual QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual testing and a strong background in creating and implementing automation tests with codeless tools. This role requires working with complex systems & products, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met across our offerings. Reporting to the QA Automation Team Leader, you will be responsible for creating, writing, maintaining & running codeless automated & manual tests for our systems.

Responsibilities

• Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual & automated test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for a variety of products and features
• Work closely with multiple QA teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into manual & automated test cases
• Understanding the business and technical requirements of existing and new products
• Conduct root cause analysis of encountered issues, providing information to document, understand, replicate, and resolve them
• Consistently document, manage & track issues & their resolutions
• Deliver high-quality products within defined timelines
• Assisting in overseeing problematic areas, underestimated risks, scopes, and bottlenecks

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a manual software QA engineer - a must
• At least 2 years of experience in creating Automation tests with codeless tools - a must
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive STP and STD
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries
• Hands-on experience with testing the back end of complex & distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, processes, and tools
• Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous requirements
• Excellent team & autonomous work capabilities
• Ability to work with multiple teams on different products.
• Ability to shift into Manual projects when and if required
• Strong analytical skills
• Good English skills
• Highly motivated
