A quick snapshot…

As a Quality Assurance engineer, you will utilize your software testing skills for ensuring quality of implementations (customer specific projects) that we do for our customers. You will have excellent analytical skills and should be able to plan and execute testing activities throughout the project. The role involves either working independently OR as a part of a larger team. While working in a team, you’ll collaborate with Engagement Managers, Technical Architects, Solution Architects, QA lead, QA Engineers and, also with customer teams. The role requires very good verbal and written communication skills.

This crucial role diligently works on customer projects on test planning, test design and test execution. This is one of the key roles who contribute to achieving very high customer satisfaction by ensuring quality of the implementations delivered to customers. 

Are you the person we’re looking for?  

Related experience. 3-5 years of experience in software testing with complex projects/applications

Implementation skills. Demonstrate a good understanding and participation in different phases of software development lifecycle like requirements, design, build, test and testing

Ownership. You will take ownership on all testing activities like test planning, test design, test execution, reporting & quality risk management

Best Practices. You have hands-on with testing best practices, adhere to quality standards and usage of appropriate tools, processes.

Methodologies. You must have experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

Other skills. You should be great with task level estimation, consulting skills, environment readiness strategies and supporting Testing and Hypercare phases.

Education. A bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.

Good to Have: Salesforce, Conga CPQ/ CLM knowledge OR any other CPQ/CLM products   knowledge. Knowledge/Experience of API testing or tools like SOAP UI, POSTMAN etc. Experience in working on more than one projects simultaneously.
