Your Role and Responsibilities
We seek a technical quality assurance manager with hands-on experience testing and automating software products and services on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate would have rich experience testing/automating SaaS products/services and incrementally deploying them on cloud environments with a deep understanding of platform development system design associated tools technologies and best practices. Experience in Test-driven development quality through automation.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 12+ years of quality assurance development experience including 5 years in leadership roles.
• 2 years of management experience including people management
• Experience testing automating and managing distributed and scalable SaaS offerings based on REST APIs microservices and containers. Exposure to automation frameworks like cypress selenium etc. Exposure to Performance testing API testing UI testing security testing.
• Experience in preparing quality reports for leadership
• Excellent communication skills assertiveness and leadership qualities. Experience managing multiple stakeholders in across planning tracking and overall execution
• Excellent people skills including negotiating recruiting motivating and team-building
• Growth mindset: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities
• Dedication to transparency: ability to report issues and risks and find solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with remote office locations
• Exposure to Kubernetes/OpenStack or related cloud-native technologies
• Exposure working with CI/CD processes DevOps methodologies and related tools.
• Experience and passion in technically coaching and guiding junior developers covering system design code reviews etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience working with Cross-cultural teams (across multiple geo locations)
• Should be a very good team player. Willing to team up with members across Geo
• Good communication skills
