Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM Automation Document Processing solution combines AI with deep learning and low-code tooling to help eliminate manual document processing. Classify and extract information from your business documents more quickly, easily, and accurately. IBM Watsonx Orchestrate is a platform that empowers our customers by automating tasks, simplifying complex processes, and ultimately saving you and your team time and effort.

We're a high-performing, fast-paced, agile team with the mission to continuously improve our Automation Document Processing and Watsonx Orchestrate services with new features and capabilities while optimizing scalability and performance.

What Will YOU Do?

• Have the opportunity to accelerate the delivery and improve software products to process and understand business documents at scale, across Cloud and On-premise contexts.
• Work in an agile and collaborative environment, playing a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to streamline our processes, increase efficiency, and optimize productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design robust automation frameworks, and execute end-to-end automation testing.
• Investigate and aid the support team in resolving customer-reported problems promptly.
• Author and maintain end-user documentation as well as uphold established best practices.
  
  The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, proficiency in automation tools, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven experience in system integration tests and STLC
• 3 years of experience in Python, Java, REST, JavaScript, CSS, ReactJS, NodeJS, Selenium, Cypress, JMeter
• Experience in scalability, failover, stress load, endurance, and disaster recovery testing
• Versatile in test automation frameworks (Jenkins/IBM SPS), building CI/CD pipelines and running automation tests
• Experience in agile software development practice and tools such as JIRA

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with performance profiling, benchmarking, and performance monitoring tooling
• Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift)
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS EKS, Azure AKS, Google GKE)
