Job Description

Position Summary:

This is an outstanding opportunity to truly make a fundamental difference to the way that Requalification is conducted. This in an organisation with cutting edge technologies at the heart of its manufacturing processes. Although Patheon is a pharmaceutical manufacturer, this is far from being a science lab!

You will work within the Requalification team practically delivering the Requalification needs of the site to challenging timelines and within a live cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on involvement in equipment Requalification, record keeping and fault finding.

• Taking ownership of site schedule of Requalification requirements.

• Work autonomously to prepare for, conduct and complete Requalification activities.

• Ensure cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) is applied in all activities undertaken to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Ownership of the generation and upkeep of Requalification procedures to latest standards.

• Consistently pursue standard methodology to ensure future proof applied solutions.

• Involvement of block opening scheduling and execution for Requalification activities.

• Management of own KPIs and drive to zero overdue.

EH&S:

• Understand emergency procedures and follow safe systems of work.

• Ensure compliance with environment, health and safety rules, signage and instructions at all times.

• Ensure timely reporting and investigation of all accidents, near misses and breaches of rules.

• Identify and drive energy improvements to reduce the sites overall energy consumption.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications/Experience:

• Engineering qualifications would be a distinct advantage

• Able to demonstrate ability to multi task and prioritise within a changing environment.

• Experience of working within an audited environment would be helpful but not crucial.

• Demonstrates an ability to work to standard procedures accurately and without deviation.
