Quality Assurance Engineer

Your role: As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the company’s processes regarding the evaluation of a construction specification or project description and identifying standards that will result in the optimum quality.

How you will contribute to our success:

• Ensure proper implementation of the Project’s Quality Standards;
• Review the specifications in terms of Project’s Quality requirements;
• Train and new Construction Site Managers during onboarding;
• Perform inspections on the field and inform the Project Managers for any non-conformity observed;
• Inspect the activities of the subcontractors and as specified within the Project Quality Plan;
• Liaise with the Construction Site Managers for ensuring the compliance of Sub-contractors with their contractual requirements;
• Monitor the progress of corrective actions.

To be a fit you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or another related field;
• At least 1 year experience in construction, ideally in FTTx projects;
• Excellent Command of the English language, oral and written;
• Good command of the German language would be considered an asset;
• Great interpersonal & problem-solving skills;
• Ability to perform in a complex & fluid environment.
