Quality Assurance Engineer

The Lendsqr Products team is looking for an exceptional candidate to take on the role of QA Engineer. This is an exciting role responsible for assessing the quality of the released products and features ensuring they meet the desired specifications and technical design documents in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

1. Identify key KPIs for product quality
2. Test current and new products and identify weak points and the need for optimizations 
3. Maintain and update automation tests
4. Suggest solutions to identified product problems 
5. Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
6. Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
7. Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
8. Collect quality data and identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement

Requirements

1. Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant field
2. Previous experience as a QA for 1 - 2 years
3. Previous experience with software QA tools and processes
4. Previous experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
5. Previous experience of with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML
