Quality Control - Consultant (6 months)

Your Role:

• Supervise and manage Warehouse Quality Control (QC) and Factory Inspection teams.
• Inspect B2B and bulk orders, ensuring packaging and label quality.
• Perform quality checks on customization and Just-In-Time (JIT) orders.
• Conduct daily Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on exchanges, returns, and issues; develop and track action plans.
• Perform INWARD quality checks on stock and quality.
• Plan and manage daily inspection schedules.
• Conduct product inspections, including measurement, label verification, and color matching.
• Develop and maintain documentation, escalating concerns to the corporate QC team.
• Train team members on inspection procedures, reporting, and QC processes.
• Review and improve QC processes.
• Coordinate and manage 3rd party inspection activities.
• Travel frequently to local, corporate, and factory locations as needed.




Location: Bhiwandi Warehouse Facility

Working Days: 6 days a week

Must Haves:

• Graduate with 4-7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control, with a track record of managing teams.
• High-level knowledge of quality control practices and hands-on experience with product inspections.
• Ability to work independently, make quick decisions, and think creatively.
• Proven track record of improving processes and workflow.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills (Office/Word).
• Ability to understand, communicate, and train others in quality control procedures and best practices.
