Main Responsabilities

• Creating and implementing project-specific quality plans and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Maintaining project quality documentation, including quality control plans, inspection checklists, and test procedures.
• Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications through rigorous testing and inspection.
• Identifying and resolving quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Addressing customer complaints and feedback related to product quality and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.

What Skills You Need

• Expertise in tools such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and SPC.
• Ability to analyze quality data and identify trends for continuous improvement.
• Skills in identifying and resolving quality issues through root cause analysis.
• Experience with quality management software and tools.
• Managing quality aspects of projects, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensuring precision and accuracy in quality documentation and processes.
• Clear and effective communication skills for training staff and reporting to management.
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, SQE, etc.
• English Language Proficiency: Strong knowledge of English for technical documentation and communication with international teams.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Proficiency in various welding methods such as MIG, TIG, and Projection welding.
• Knowledge of GD&T principles to ensure precise and accurate welding processes.
• Experienced with SAP ERP systems for managing workflows, product and process parameterization, production planning, inventory, and quality control.
• Skilled in using, CreoView, KOTEM, and Minitab.

Education

• Bachelor of science degree; mechatronics, mechanical, metallurgic, industrial engineering or equivalent.
